Remove from the shipping box, keep sealed in its butter box and paper, and put in the refrigerator upon arrival. Lasts in the fridge for 3 weeks, in the freezer for 6 months. Optimal storage temperatures: Fridge 35-38 degrees F. Freezer 0 degrees F.
