ORDERS

  • ORDER OPTIONS (subscription + single orders)
    SriMu offers three tiers of subscriptions, as well as single orders. You can choose:
    • One-time orders
    • Monthly subscription to receive a SriMu box delivered every month (12 boxes per year)
    • Bi-monthly subscription to receive a SriMu box delivered every other month (6 boxes per year)
    • Quarterly subscription to receive a SriMu box delivered once every three months (4 boxes per year)
  • SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS
    By subscribing, you will be automatically charged based on your chosen frequency of boxes and receive a package delivered directly to your door! This is an ongoing subscription until you decide to cancel.

  • HOW LONG DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION LAST FOR?
    When subscribing to any of the three tiers, you will receive your devotional offering on a recurring basis, based on which tier you choose. You will be subscribed until you cancel.

  • WHAT DO I GET IN THE BOX, CAN I CUSTOMIZE IT?
    Each box comes with an assortment of flavors based on the offering you choose. If you have a customization request, you can email us at dolife@srimu.com and we will do our best to accommodate, based on the size of wheels and packaging you are requesting.

  • WHITE ECO BOX - OR - BRANDED BLACK BOX
    Choose a white eco box or a branded black box for the delivery of your order. Make your choice as you place your order on our website.

    If you are a current subscriber, the default delivery box option is the white eco box. If you would like any of your subscription boxes to be delivered in the branded black box, please contact us via dolife@srimu.com

  • CAN I CANCEL MY RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION?
    Yes, you may cancel your subscription anytime. Note that if you cancel after your renewal date, you will still be charged and receive your box for that month. Please cancel your subscription before your next charge date. If you cancel afterwards, you will still be sent a box for that month.

  • CAN I GIFT A BOX OR SUBSCRIPTION TO A FRIEND?
    Absolutely! When you checkout, make sure to put your friend’s shipping address and name. Email us if you would like us to include a handwritten note.

  • RECEIVING MY ORDER
    It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packaging and product quality as well as refrigerate the product immediately upon receipt. Due to the perishable nature of our cheeses, we are not able to replace or refund orders that have been left outside for a prolonged period of time; this includes orders sent as gifts.

  • REGULAR SHIPPING
    We ship Monday through Wednesday each week. Order by Tuesday 10am CST to be included in the current week delivery. If you need your box for a specific date, please email us at dolife@srimu.com

  • WHERE DOES SRIMU SHIP TO?
    Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
    SriMu ships to all 50 states and Canada. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses. Accurate street addresses are needed; SriMu can not replace or refund offerings that are unable to be delivered or sent to an incorrect address. Orders will include an insulated liner and ice packs to keep your cheeses fresh until delivery.

  • PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING
    We ship in sustainable, temperature controlled insulation to ensure your beautiful box arrives cold. Each wheel is handmade and aged.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
    Yes, anytime! If your subscription is renewed already, you can email us the new address before it ships.

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Once the courier scans the box, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that SriMu is not notified of shipping delays, damages, or issues after a box leaves our kitchen. If your tracking information shows a delay please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number to dolife@srimu.com

  • ARE ALL THESE CHEESES VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE AND ORGANIC?
    Every SriMu product is 100% plant based, gluten-free (our kitchen is currently not certified for celiac), dairy-free, paleo, keto and raw. Our products are made with organic ingredients. Please note if you have a nut allergy - the main ingredients in these cheeses are cashews and almonds!

PRODUCT CARE

  • GENERAL INFO
    All SriMu products must be removed from the shipping boxes, kept in its cheese paper, and put into the refrigerator/freezer immediately upon arrival. Important detailed product info below.

  • OPTIMAL STORAGE TEMPERATURES
    Fridge 35-38 degrees F, Freezer 0 degrees F

  • THE NATURAL AGING OF CHEESE
    The cheese wheels contain authentic cultures which help each wheel age over time. As a result, your cheese will continue to ferment and form a darker, firmer “rind” and white veining that is typical of French cheeses in your refrigerator. The rind is entirely safe to eat. For milder flavor, cut off the outer rind.

  • HOW LONG DO THE SRIMU CHEESES LAST?

    CHEESE WHEELS: Remove from the shipping boxes, keep sealed in its cheese paper, and put in the refrigerator upon arrival. Lasts in the fridge for 45 days, in the freezer for 6 months. All SriMu cheese wheels freeze beautifully. Simply thaw 30 min before serving.

    CLOUD 9 + BONFIRE: Remove from the shipping boxes, keep in its jar, and put in the refrigerator upon arrival. Our Cloud 9 mozzarella balls + Bonfire cheese balls are to be enjoyed fresh, within 3 weeks.

    DESSERTS: Remove from the shipping boxes, keep sealed in its wrapping paper, and put the Maclay chocolate mousse cake in the freezer upon arrival. Simply thaw 30 min before serving. Lasts in the freezer for 6 months.

  • DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE THE CHEESES?
    Yes, everything must be removed from the SriMu boxes and refrigerated as soon as you receive them.

  • CAN I FREEZE THE CHEESES AND DESSERT?
    All cheese wheels freeze beautifully. Simply thaw 20-30 min before serving. The Cloud 9 mozzarella and Bonfire cheese ball should be eaten fresh, do not freeze. The chocolate mousse cake Maclay (comes in the Ceremony box) should be stored frozen and thawed 20-30 min before serving.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION PROCESS?
    Once an order has been placed, you have committed to receiving a SriMu box. One-time orders may be canceled on a very select case-by-case basis due to extenuating circumstances. We are a small company that immediately begins to craft your order once it is placed. We will not accept any order cancellation 2 (two) days prior to your scheduled shipment date.

  • REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS / RETURNS
    If you have opted in for Route Shipping Insurance: Your order is covered if it is lost, damaged, or stolen. We can either send you a replacement offering or issue you a refund. A claim must be submitted within one week of receiving your order. Please indicate which you would prefer in your email along with your order number.

    If you have opted out of Route Shipping Insurance: We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. If your offering is damaged, please email us with pictures of the items along with your order number within 24 hours of receiving your box. We will send you a replacement box during our next scheduled shipment. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to offer return shipments.
