PRODUCT CARE
Remove from the shipping box, keep sealed in its cheese paper, and put in the refrigerator upon arrival. Lasts in the fridge for 45 days, in the freezer for 6 months. All SriMu cheese wheels freeze beautifully. Simply thaw 30 min before serving. Optimal storage temperatures: Fridge 35-38 degrees F, Freezer 0 degrees F.

SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Wednesday each week. Order by Tuesday 10am CST to be included in the current week's delivery. If you need your box for a specific date, please email us at dolife@srimu.com
We ship in sustainable, temperature controlled insulation to ensure your box arrives cold. Each wheel is handmade and aged.
