PRODUCT CARE
Remove from the shipping box, keep sealed in its cheese paper, and put in the refrigerator upon arrival. Lasts in the fridge for 45 days, in the freezer for 6 months. All SriMu cheese wheels freeze beautifully. Simply thaw 30 min before serving.

We ship in sustainable, temperature controlled insulation to ensure your box arrives cold. Each wheel is handmade and aged.
