PRODUCT CARE
Remove from the shipping boxes, keep in its jar, and put in the refrigerator upon arrival. Our Cloud 9 mozzarella balls + Bonfire cheese balls are to be enjoyed fresh, within 3 weeks.
PACKAGING
We are now shipping all our products in eco friendly boxes. If you want to upgrade your order to include our black gift boxes (as seen in the pictures), please see the option in the drop down menu.
If you are a current subscriber and would like to opt-in for the black gift boxes instead of the new eco packaging, please email dolife@srimu.com for assistance.
SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Wednesday each week. Order by Tuesday 10am CST to be included in the current week's delivery. If you need your box for a specific date, please email us at dolife@srimu.com
We ship in sustainable, temperature controlled insulation to ensure your box arrives cold. Each wheel is handmade and aged.
