BONFIRE TOASTIES

Small toasts with red cheese ball and garnish topping

 

Ingredients

  • 2 medium slices of fresh sourdough loaf 

  • ½ cup Bonfire

  • ⅓ cup microgreens 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oilch

Directions

  1. Toast the bread until heated through and slightly brown.

  2. Spread Bonfire onto each piece of bread.  

  3. Garnish with micro greens and a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. Cut into thirds and enjoy.
