SriMu Tofu Ricotta

Ingredients

  • 1  block firm Tofu, drained and squeezed
  • ½ wheel SriMu Elder
  • ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process on low until no large pieces of tofu remain - some texture is great!
  2. Use in recipes that call for ricotta.
