CANTALOUPE MUSHROOM

 
Enjoy this delicious Cantaloupe Mushroom recipe featuring our beloved SriMu Cloud 9 - inspired by Mozzarella, cashew clouds floating in crystal salted waters.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • SriMu Pesto
  • Cantaloupe Melon
  • Portobello Mushroom
  • Olive Oil
  • Tamari
  • SriMu Cloud 9
  • Radish sprouts (or any other yummy microgreens)
  • Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut and sautee the portobello mushroom in olive oil, add some tamari 
  2. Spread SriMu Pesto on a plate
  3. Cut the Cantaloupe and place on top of the pesto
  4. Cut the SriMu Cloud 9 into the size pieces you'd like and place around the cantaloupe
  5. Once the mushrooms are fully cooked, place on top of the cantaloupe
  6. Garnish with the microgreens, drizzle olive oil and sea salt
  7. Enjoly!
