BONFIRE TACOS
Makes 4 tacos
Ingredients

4 Corn Tortillas

½ cup SriMu Bonfire

1 cup Kale, chopped

1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Pinch of salt

¼ cup Red Onion, chopped

⅓ cup Cilantro, chopped

¾ cup Salsa

1 Avocado, sliced

4 Lime wedges
Directions

Heat a pan on medium heat. Add the olive oil, kale and salt and saute until the kale is soft and wilted. Remove from heat.

Heat the tortillas on an open flame or in a pan until warm and pliable.

Fill each taco with crumbled Bonfire, sauteed kale, red onions, cilantro, salsa and avocado slices. Squeeze with a lime wedge and enjoy!
