  1. HOW DOES IT WORK?

    SriMu offers three tiers of subscriptions. You can choose:

    1. 12-month subscription to receive a SriMu box delivered every month.

    2. 6-month subscription to receive a SriMu box delivered every other month.

    3. Quarterly subscription to receive a SriMu box delivered once every three months.

      By subscribing to any of the tiers listed above, you will be automatically charged each month and receive a package delivered directly to your door! This is an ongoing subscription until you decide to cancel.

  2. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PRE-ORDER?

    SriMu will officially launch and deliver its first 200 boxes in November 2019. If you pre-order before then, you will receive your September/October box in the coming months. If you choose, you may gift these box/boxes to a friend- we will contact you prior to shipping for further information.

  3. HOW LONG DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION LAST FOR?

    When subscribing for any of the three tiers, you commit to a one-year subscription, however it is up to you to cancel at any time before or after the year.

  4. WHERE DOES SRIMU SHIP TO?

    SriMu is currently available in the continental United States and Canada with plans to expand internationally in the near future. If you would like to add your name to the international list to be notified when we expand internationally, please send us an email here.

  5. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

    Shipping is free in the continental US. Additional shipping and customs apply for Canada.

  6. WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION?

    Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month from when you made your first order, or the last day of the month if there's no corresponding date in shorter months. For example, if you buy a monthly subscription product on January 31, the subscription will renew on February 28, then March 31.

  7. CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    Yes, you may cancel your subscription at anytime. Note that if you cancel after your renewal date, you will still be charged and receive your box for that month. Customers who buy subscription products can view and manage their subscriptions from their Customer Account. After logging in, click My Account, and then Subscriptions. To cancel the subscription, click on Cancel Subscription. In the confirmation window, click Cancel Subscription.

  8. WHAT DO I GET IN THE BOX?

    Each box comes with 6 assorted flavors of plant-based cheeses: Cloud 9, Bertie, Babe, Spire, Elder, and Bonfire.

  9. WILL I GET THE SAME FLAVORS EVERY MONTH?

    Yes. Each month we will deliver an assortment of six flavors based on availability.

  10. HOW LONG DO THE NOT CHEESES LAST?

    Elder, Bertie, and Spire last up to 3 months.

    Bonfire, Cloud 9, and Babe last up to three weeks.

    But trust us, it won’t take you that long to eat them up!

  11. DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE THE NOT CHEESES?

    Yes, everything must be refrigerated.

  12. WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

  13. ARE ALL THE NOT CHEESES VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, AND ORGANIC?

    Yes of course! Every flavor is 100% plant-based, gluten free, paleo, and made with mostly organic ingredients. Please note if you have a nut allergy - the main ingredients in the Not Cheeses are almonds and cashews!

  14. CAN I GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION TO A FRIEND?

    Indeed! When you checkout, make sure to put your friend’s shipping address and name.
